These are not your ordinary weight loss classes. My classes (be they live or virtual) are about the real-world application of the most cutting-edge behavioral and fitness science. You will learn simple and quick tips, tricks, and tools to fire up your motivation, and super-charge your weight loss and fitness success.
- You’ll find lots of people who promise weight loss success only to pull out special supplements or prepackaged meals at the end of the class. My classes teach real-world techniques for weight loss– and I will NEVER try sell you a meal plan, a shake, or a pill.
- There are a lot of individuals who will breeze into town and conduct a “hypnotic weight loss session” at the local Shilo Inn, only to read a quick script and leave, never to be heard from again. My classes give you access to the teacher, before and after. I combine the support of a group session with the individual techniques needed to insure your success.
- Most weight loss classes focus on dropping pounds and nothing more. My classes encompass a whole-life approach. Not only will I teach you how to change your behaviors around food and exercise, I will help you lead a more fulfilling life.
